There are days when your to-do list is frightening, an intimidating tower of post-its and notebook papers looming at the end of your desk. Today was that day. I’m a planner. Big time. And sometimes I get ahead of myself. Pre-writing blogs, editing, print orders, album design, client meetings, future-planning, phone calls, email responses…tuck that between play-time with a 5 year old and feeding the dogs and you have a day that rivals even the busiest of super heroes. I make lists to add order to the chaos. And sometimes I have to work a little magic to bring myself peace.

Today’s came in the form of a quick edit. I paused between editing sessions to work on one photo for myself. A photo where light, and love, and planning all came together for a beautiful photo——magic.
