Photography is my release. There’s something about being able to compose a scene, paint it with light, and create something uniquely beautiful that frees something inside me. I had a vision for this session, I emailed Laura yesterday with a crazy idea—a random, out of the way, location I’d come across that I was dying to use for her daughter Alaina’s 6 month session.

I love this little baby. I’m so proud to say that I’ve known Alaina since before she was born, and in six short months she’s grown into a stunningly beautiful and happy little girl.

And those cheeks!!
