DAY ONE:

Their two day wedding celebration began at Sacred Stone in Fayetteville, TN. Guests gathered on assorted blankets for a picnic dinner, and watched as Danica + Drake pledged their love to one another under golden afternoon light. They walked back down the aisle to a nearby clearing for a private ring ceremony. Above all, these two wanted a celebration of love that was intimate, unique, and held true to them as a couple.

I love the beautiful rolling hills at Sacred Stone.

The ceremony was originally slated to take place in a hot air balloon, but (because of high winds) the balloon couldn’t be set up. Still, I love this site as a ceremony location. It was my first time shooting a ceremony here overlooking the hills and I LOVED IT. It’s just the most serene view. *swoon*

I loved how they chose to make the ring exchange private.

 

DAY TWO:

The next day, we met at Huntsville Botanical Gardens for some sunset photos before their evening reception. This was amazing because it gave us TONS of time to explore and take photos.

This photo….it has my whole heart.

Andrea of Details Events and Designs put SO MUCH work, time, and attention into planning and coordinating this wedding. She oversaw every part of both days and did such beautiful work putting everything together so fluidly! I loved that the hot air balloon theme carried through to the reception. The balloons on every table were ADORABLE.
