I love road trips. I love the obligatory Starbucks fill-ups, cranking up the volume to my favorite songs, and air drumming with the wild abandon of someone who knows they’re far, far away from people they know. As a photographer, I spend a lot of time working in the same areas. So when Christine contacted me and asked if I’d be willing to drive to Atlanta for their engagement session, my answer was—of course!

I met Nick and Christine for their Callaway Gardens engagement session and fell in LOVE. The gardens were huge, spanning acres of tree-lined paths, cabins, and a rocky chapel perched lakeside. It was beautiful. We spent the afternoon exploring the grounds (and the conservatory when the skies threatened rain). I love how the photos turned out!
