CAN WE MEET BEFORE THE WEDDING?
Absolutely. I believe it's important for us to get to know one another before the big day. Did you know you'll spend more time with your photographer than any other vendor on your wedding day? That's why it's important to make sure we're a good fit! I love meeting couples over drinks/coffee, sharing stories, and talking wedding details! If you're not local, we can set up a time to video-chat. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
I love engagement sessions. Aside from giving you a pretty stellar excuse to go on a shopping spree, you're getting to spend 2 hours, dressed-up, and cuddled close to the one you love. Wedding planning can be a pretty crazy time. Think of this as a date-night. (And a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera). I promise to laugh with you, place you in the prettiest light, and give you images that'll make you swoon!

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! I'm a Huntsville, Al wedding photographer, but there's nothing I love more than a good road trip! I travel frequently between Nashville, Birmingham, and Atlanta for weddings and engagements--but I'm available worldwide. Having a destination wedding? Ask about my special travel pricing!

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY? 
We'll roll with it. It's pretty unusual for rain to continue ALL through the day. (There are usually windows of opportunity to pop outside for a bit and capture some beautiful portraits.)  The truth is, I haven't yet figured out how to control the weather---so whatever you're wedding day brings, I promise to make beautiful, creative images. (And maybe some epic rain shots!) 

WHAT IF MY WEDDING LASTS LONGER THAN EXPECTED? 
My collections are based off hours of coverage. Before your wedding day (usually during our meeting), we'll work together to create a custom timeline that gives you personalized coverage throughout the day. However, I know sometimes things don't go as planned. I'll touch base throughout the evening to make sure we have everything we need. (Still need to throw the bouquet?--We'll make sure we get it done). You also have the option of adding additional coverage time. 

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED? 
Absolutely! I'm licensed, fully insured, and am a member of WPPI and PPA. If needed, I'm happy to provide your venue with a copy of my insurance information. 

DO YOU HAVE BACKUP EQUIPMENT?
I've always been a just-in-case kind of girl, and have equipment backups at every wedding. My camera comes with 2 memory card slots, ensuring that there's a duplicate of every image I take. Not only are photos backed up in hard copy, but everything I upload to my computer is updated to the cloud daily. With wedding photography, you can never be too careful!
