The skies were grey as I drove up the winding driveway leading to the beautiful Creekside Plantation in Mooresville. Nestled amid tall trees, the road opened to reveal glimpses of grand southern pillars and manicured grounds. Ariadna & Jimmy’s wedding day was a rainy one. Umbrellas were opened and guests were huddled closely–creating a sense of intimacy. I heard once that a wet knot is tighter than a dry knot. If so, Ariadna and Jimmy will be tied closely together for a lifetime.

Ariadna and Jimmy—I feel so honored that you chose me to photograph your special day! I hope your honeymoon in Hawaii has been magical and I can’t wait to hear all about it upon your return! You guys are amazing!

Creekside Plantation was filled with so many gorgeous details! I loved the beautiful crystal chandelier in the sitting room!

Ariadna & Jimmy’s wedding favors! Their favorite engagement photos were transferred onto wood cutouts that were ready-to hang! How thoughtful and creative!
